Downloading and Subscribing to the Calendar |

The following instructions are for setting up the entire calendar, not for installing individual events. Installing the calendar differs slightly from subscribing to it. When installed, a copy of the calendar in its current state is applied to your calendar program. When subscribed, your calendar program automatically updates if any changes to the master calendar take place.
Import into Outlook 2003
- Download the calendar file by right-clicking on this link
- In outlook, go to File > Import and Export
- Select "Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (.vcs)"
- Browse to the location where you saved the calendar file and select it.
- Click OK. The Rock Ledge Ranch Events Calendar is now merged into your main calendar.
Import into Entourage 2004 & 2008
- Download the calendar file by control-clicking (or right-clicking) this link
- Once the file is saved, change ".ics" into ".rge"
- Double-click on the file. It should automatically load into Entourage.
Import into iCal
- Click on this link.
- When iCal opens with the "Add Events" window, select "New Calendar" from the drop-down.
- Click "OK". The calendar is now loaded.
Subscribe through iCal
- In the iCal program, go to the Calendar menu and select "Subscribe".
- For the Calendar URL, paste the following:
- http://www.rockledgeranch.com/media/calendars/rlr_2010.ics
- Click the "Subscribe" button.
- When the calendar details box appears, select an Auto-Refresh value of "Every Week"
- Click "OK"
Subscribe through Firebird
- The process hasn't been tested on Firebird, but should be similar to subscribing in iCal.
